Review on the mold structure and processing technic:

1. Mold preliminary review: According to customer requirements to making the mold specification table, and determining the mold parting line, the slider or lifter structure, mold insert type, ejector type, cooling water method and plastic product issue by the design director, project director and deputy general manager. The design engineer makes the DFM report according to the mold preliminary report, drawing 2D mold structure drawing or 3D drawing.

2. Review before cutting steel: When the custom confirms the mold trial date, project engineer must arrange the mold Kick off meeting immediately.
